After the oil cylinder stroke is in place, maintain the pressure for 2-5 seconds, then conduct a pressure test on the system, paying attention to observe if there is any oil leakage. If there is, wait for the system to relieve pressure before troubleshooting.
Methods for handling waist creases during slitting machine processing
a. Waist creases caused by winding knives: If the outer diameter of the skirt on one side of the product is too small, the steel strip will be clamped by the knife. The preventive method is to increase the height of the rubber ring as much as possible and avoid knife marks. However, using layered operations in narrow strip and multiple strip processing situations can effectively prevent rolling knives.
B. Waist creases caused by the shape of raw materials: When longitudinally cutting steel coils with high tension in the middle of the steel plate, waist creases will also occur on the uncoiler. Three-roller edge trimming can effectively prevent this.
C. Waist creases caused by the expansion of the winding machine's drum blades: A layer of steel coil is in close contact with the expansion drum. Waist creases will occur during expansion. Pay attention to the straight angle when cutting the head of the steel strip. Deformed areas such as folds and bends at the head should be shaped with a hammer to make them smooth and tight, which can effectively prevent this.
