Due to the long-term operation of the leveling machine, some damage is inevitable. Everyone needs to pay attention to these minor issues, as the quality of spare parts can immediately threaten the extent of the damage. As the leveling machine is used for a longer time, if the mechanical quality is poor, it will damage the equipment, so efforts should be made to avoid damage caused by quality issues as much as possible. How to extend the lifespan of a leveling machine?
As a type of machine, its "scrap" schedule starts from the time of use, after which the machine is in a scrapped state. As users, we certainly hope to extendthe lifespan of the leveling machine, and improve its efficiency. Therefore, as a manufacturer of leveling machines, I will introduce some knowledge on extending the lifespan of leveling machine equipment, hoping to help your equipment.
Uncoiling, leveling, cutting, and other processing operations are collectively referred to as leveling machines. Leveling machines are widely used in the steel coil market, where wide materials are leveled and cut into higher specifications of coils or plates. First, let’s introduce the mechanical principle of the leveling machine. The leveling machine mechanism has an upper mold, which is fixed on the push rod of the hydraulic cylinder. The cylinder body of the hydraulic cylinder is fixed within the upper and lower molds of the bracket, each having an independent cooling early channel, with its outlet and inlet differing from the upper or lower mold.
Due tothe lifespan of the leveling machinelong-term operation of the equipment, some damage is inevitable. Everyone needs to pay attention to these small issues, as the quality of spare parts will immediately threaten the degree of damage. As the usage time of leveling machine equipment increases, if the mechanical quality is poor, it will damage the equipment, thus the equipment can avoid damage caused by quality as much as possible.

Generally, the leveling machine has upper and lower limits on length, beyond which it cannot cover. The threading speed of the leveling machine is uniformly variable, mainly affecting processing efficiency. There are general upper and lower limits. Outside this range, coiling is not allowed, nor is it allowed to exceed the lower limit for centering. If the steel coil is too heavy, loading operations will not be smooth, and may even damage the oil cylinder; the upper limit of processing thickness for each leveling machine can easily cause poor shearing, or even damage the tools.
1.the lifespan of the leveling machineThe sleeve roller chain of the equipment consists of an external drive chain, shaft pins, and roller bearings. The internal drive chain matches the sleeve specifications and is tightened.
2. The sleeve specifications of the leveling machine transition with the shaft pins, allowing the shaft pins to rotate freely to meet the expansion and contraction of the drive chain during chain feeding and adding.
3. Since damage to the drive chain mainly occurs between the specifications and shaft pins, a large gap should be maintained between the internal and external drive chains of the leveling machine, allowing it to pass through its smooth sleeve.
4. The distance between the two shaft pins of the leveling machine device is called the pitch, and the main parameter of the drive chain is the pitch. The load capacity of the drive chain directly reflects the future. If the load on the leveling machine is large, the single-row or three-row chain links with a larger pitch can be reduced to specifications, but the larger the span, the greater the average load per row, generally not allowing to span three or four rows.
To avoid affecting its use and extendthe lifespan of the leveling machineits lifespan, it should be fully utilized and maintained. Damage is inevitable during the use of the leveling machine. The left and right methods can control the wear rate in actual operation within the bearing range, significantly reducing the damage to leveling machine equipment under any normal damage conditions.
