The slitting line knife shaft is supported by high-precision machine tool spindle bearings, with small axial and radial runout; it adopts a three-point positioning locking method for the knife holder, ensuring accurate dimensional precision and firm locking. The slitting line can operate independently or in conjunction with the entire line, and is equipped with an electromagnetic speed regulation device, making the slitting speed easy to adjust and highly reliable in operation. The uncoiler and recoiler use hydraulic telescopic drums and hydraulic rotary joints, with auxiliary support at the cantilever end, providing good rigidity.

 

The main motion of the slitting line is hydraulic, providing smooth and reliable movement, low noise, and convenient maintenance. It uses a double slitting head, with a strip width of 30mm, capable of handling up to 12 strips, and a strip thickness of 0.20-0.35mm.

       Slitting Line

The transverse cutting line of the slitting line is used for uncoiling and calibrating transformer cores. Flat, fixed-length cutting, and transverse shearing of metal coils are cut into flat plates of the required length and stacked. It is suitable for processing cold-rolled, hot-rolled carbon steel, silicon steel, tinplate, stainless steel, and various metal materials after surface coating.

 

The transverse cutting production line of the slitting line mainly consists of a feeding cart, uncoiler, straightener, feeding mechanism, slitting machine, conveying device, stacking device, etc. On the production line, a slitting machine can be set up to cut the plates into the required width, cut them to length, and stack them. It is a high-performance product that integrates mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic functions.

 

The longitudinal knife of the slitting line is thicker. Due to the gap fit requirements between the public knife and the mother knife, the tolerance for cutting width is relatively strict, ensuring that the overlapping part of the public knife and the mother knife increases with the thickness of the material.

 

The transverse cutting line for silicon steel sheets must be at the intersection of the public knife, mother knife, and aluminum foil products; otherwise, if the material first contacts the public knife or mother knife, the cutting quality will be poor.

 

The slitting line is widely used in manufacturers of cold-rolled, strip steel, welded pipes, steel grating, etc., and also produces various acid washing equipment for unloading, shelling, clamping, cleaning, straightening, and recoiling in cold-rolled plants and other machinery.

 

The slitting line is suitable for the longitudinal cutting of metal strips, winding the cut strips into rolls. It features easy operation, high cutting quality, high material utilization rate, and stepless speed regulation for cutting. The structure mainly consists of unwinding, feeding positioning, slitting, and rewinding.

 

The applicable range of the slitting line: cold-rolled steel coils, stainless steel, color-coated coils, tinplate cutting production lines. Coil thickness of 0.20-0.35mm, coil width of 1250mm, and longitudinal cutting width of 30mm.
