The leveling machine is an automated processing device that processes a certain width of rolled plates into required fixed lengths through unrolling, pulling, leveling, cross-cutting, conveying, and stacking. The leveling machine is controlled by a display screen, with a high degree of automation and production efficiency. A single loading of a coil can achieve the required finished product, effectively reducing the labor intensity of workers. It is commonly used in sheet metal processing, and the shaping of the leveling machine mainly depends on the thickness, material, and requirements of the leveled strip. The thinner the sheet, the higher the required precision, the more rollers are needed, and the smaller the roller diameter. Both upper and lower auxiliary rollers are fixed, enhancing the rigidity of the upper and lower rollers and preventing deformation under stress. The coarse and fine leveling adjustments of this machine use a floating four-point balance micro-adjustment device, equipped with a division table to quickly find the leveling point. The thick plate leveling machine can be used independently or in conjunction with MT and MTD automatic feeding racks, achieving good results.
The leveling machine unit includes a feeding cart, uncoiler, plate pressing device, six-roll leveling main machine, tracking cutting system, conveying lifting workbench, double-layer pneumatic discharge rack, hydraulic lifting platform, unloading cart, hydraulic system, and electrical control system. The hydraulic system of this production line uses high-precision components from Taiwan; the fixed-length tracking cutting system is controlled by a full-position servo system from the German company Lenze. The electrical control system uses imported PLC program controllers and touch screens.
1. Points to Note During Use
Make sure to place the workpiece steadily and ensure the position is correct before starting the leveling machine. For example, when leveling narrow steel, it should be placed in the center of the leveling machine.
During the operation of the leveling machine, workers must not place their hands on the workpiece and are prohibited from measuring or inspecting. Measurements of the workpiece's flatness can only be taken after stopping the machine.
For large workpieces, operators must not stand on the workpiece during operation.
After starting, avoid getting hands and clothes caught in the leveling machine's roller path.
If any unusual noise is detected during operation, workers should immediately stop the machine and check.
