Long-term operation can lead to various abnormal phenomena in the leveling machine. The first is leakage, which occurs due to the loosening of parts, vibration, and heat affecting the leveling machine, causing leakage at the sealing surfaces and pipe joints. Some casting defects may be difficult for the leveling machine manufacturer to detect during assembly and debugging, but due to the vibrations and impacts during operation, these defects become apparent, manifesting as oil leaks.
Another abnormal phenomenon of the leveling machine is poor lubrication. Due to the small clearance of newly assembled parts and reasons related to the assembly by the leveling machine manufacturer, it is difficult for the lubricating oil to form a uniform oil film on the friction surfaces to prevent wear, thus reducing lubrication efficiency, leading to early abnormal wear of components. In severe cases, this can cause scratches or seizing on precision mating friction surfaces, resulting in failures.
An excessively fast wear rate is still one of the abnormal phenomena of the leveling machine. Due to the effects of processing, assembly, and debugging of the leveling machine parts, the contact area of the mating surfaces is relatively small, and the allowable distortion distance is large. When the leveling machine is in operation, the uneven surfaces of the parts engage in friction, and the metal shavings that fall off act as abrasives, further accelerating the wear of the mating surfaces.
