This production line is applicable to stainless coil of various specifications. It is used for the production of flattened plate through the procedure of uncoiling, flattening and cutting to required length.
This line consists of coil car, hydraulic uncoiler, hydraulic guiding device, pinching device, leveler, coding length gauge, hydraulic gaillotine shear feeder, pneumatic stacker, discharging cart, electric control system, hydraulic system, etc. Roll conveyor and centering device are equipped between each device.
