1. Medium Plate Leveling Machine
It is a specialized equipment for processing hot-rolled plate coils, generally with a processing capacity of 3mm to 14mm thickness. Early medium plate leveling machines could only process hot-rolled plate coils with a width of 1500mm. With the introduction of wide hot-rolled plate coils, leveling machines in various processing centers can generally process hot-rolled plate coils with a width of 2000mm. Some hot-rolled leveling machines also have edge trimming functions.
2. Sheet Leveling Machine
Generally can process cold-rolled coils with a thickness of 0.3 mm to 3.0 mm. Early thin plate leveling machines could only process cold-rolled coils with a width of 1300mm, but with the widespread application of 1300mm cold-rolled coils, leveling machines with a width of 1300mm quickly occupied the market. The processing capability of cold-rolled sheets is mainly reflected in leveling, surface protection, stamping, etc.
3. Small Leveling Machine
Generally refers to leveling machines for cold-rolled coils with a processing width of less than 800mm, with a processing thickness of 0.3 to 3.0 mm. Similar to thin plates, it mainly processes high-demand cold-rolled coils, especially for surface protection. Its products are generally fixed sheets, widely used in stamping, cutting, etc.

1. The leveling machine is mainly used to correct various specifications of plates and cut them into sheets. It uses the multi-roll operation principle to repeatedly deform the plates between the upper and lower rolls, eliminating stress and achieving leveling. Grease should be added once a month. When someone checks, repairs, or lubricates, all power sources need to be cut off. When starting the machine, do not let people get too close to the machine. Pay attention to the cleanliness of the roller surface. It is not allowed for welding slag, small plates, or other items to fall between the rollers to avoid damaging the rollers.
2. The leveling line is suitable for mechanical manufacturing professions such as metal structures, shipbuilding, boilers, motors, locomotives, and lifting transportation. After data cutting, it can be used directly without further processing. Cut plates that are no less than 8 times the thickness; the leveling line can cut infinitely when the cut plate exchanges a slanting edge at the corner of the knife holder.
3. If the plate shows signs of bending downwards, the rear hand wheel of the straightening machine can be appropriately rotated downwards 1-2 times. If the plate shows signs of unevenness, the front wheel of the straightening machine can be appropriately rotated downwards 1-2 turns, and the rear wheel should also be rotated downwards 1-2 turns.
4. During the operation of the leveling machine production line, the feeding mechanism is in the feeding state. After the plates are leveled by the leveling machine, they are conveyed to the center, corrected, and positioned, and then accurately sent to the cutting machine according to the set scale. When the set scale is reached, feeding stops, and a signal is sent to the cutting machine. The shearing machine cuts the plates, and the cut plates fall onto the hydraulic lifting platform, which is controlled by the electric control system. When the number of cuts reaches the set amount, the production line actively stops.
