1. The operators of the leveling machine need to learn and master the structure and performance of the leveling machine, familiarize themselves with the operating procedures and safety rules, and obtain an operating certificate before they can operate independently. The leveling machine should have a dedicated operator, and no one else is allowed to operate it. During working hours in the workshop, proper labor protection equipment should be worn. The safety protection and control devices on the machine should be used correctly and must not be removed arbitrarily.
2. Before work, clear away any items that obstruct operation in the workplace. Check whether all components of the starter are filled with lubricating oil. Check whether all transmission, connection, lubrication, and safety protection devices of the leveling machine are normal. Check whether the operation of the stacking trolley is normal. Check whether the feeding mechanism is normal, whether the shovel head moves up and down normally, whether the position of the leveling wheel is within an appropriate range, and whether the gap of the shearing machine blade is within an appropriate range.Leveling MachineBefore starting work, idle for 1-3 minutes, carefully listen for any abnormal sounds or noises, and confirm that it is normal before use. It is not allowed to operate with faults.
3. When the shearing machine is working, it is prohibited to place hands or other unrelated objects between the upper and lower blades. When adjusting or repairing the machine, the power must be turned off, and a "Do Not Operate" warning sign should be hung. When point operation or automatic start is needed, every worker must be notified; otherwise, starting is not allowed.
4. Before coiling, check whether the passing trolley is at the lowest position. When the passing trolley is higher than the 3360 seed coil placed on the feeding platform, the coil should be placed in the center of the feeding platform to avoid contact with the wall during feeding and causing damage.
5. Before the trolley runs, check whether the uncoiler is at the widest distance. If not, please adjust. After the steel coil is tightened, press the plate head with the pressure roller, and then cut the steel strip to avoid steel plate rebound. Human-machine injury; adjust the uncoiler to the center of the equipment, otherwise it will cause deviation from the starting point.
6. Before entering the leveling machine, press the plate head with the shovel head and lift the 33.360 rollers on the stacking material. After the stacking leveling machine has leveled, the feeding roller should be lifted, the feeding tray should be retracted, and the stacking wheel should be lifted; otherwise, it will damage the equipment.
7. Before entering the straightening machine, adjust the upper and lower straightening machine roller spacing according to the thickness of the plate (3360), and adjust according to the actual situation; after entering the straightening machine, if the straightening effect is not good, the steel coil should be completely withdrawn before making fine adjustments; the plate head should be cut off as waste or repurposed.
8. When the shearing machine is working normally, check whether the shearing section is neat and whether there are any cutting edges. If there are, adjust or replace; if there is any abnormality, immediately press the emergency stop button.
